Does this phone holder require charging or any power source to work?
No – this holder works by manual vacuum suction and magnets, not electricity. In other words, it needs no batteries or cables. You simply press it onto a smooth surface and twist the base to lock it in place, and it holds your phone securely on its own.
Will this holder work with my phone and case?
It’s compatible with virtually any smartphone. For phones without built-in magnets (or if your case isn’t magnetic), just stick the included metal ring plate onto your phone or case – then the holder’s magnet will grip it securely. This lets the powerful magnet hold your device tightly, whether or not your phone has MagSafe.
Will my phone stay secure on bumpy or uneven roads?
Yes. Its vacuum suction lock combined with a strong magnet grip means your phone stays firmly in place even over rough or bumpy roads. You can drive with confidence knowing it won’t let your phone drop, even during sharp turns or sudden stops.
Where can I mount this holder, and will it leave any marks?
Mount it only on a flat, smooth surface – for example, a clean glass windshield or a smooth plastic dashboard.
